HI Rob Apologies again that your order was damaged in transit and as per my email at the time, as soon as we were notified that this had happened we sent a full replacement to you on next working day delivery which arrived safely. Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we do rely heavily on our courier taking care of our packages which is clearly requested on our study delivery boxes. Cheers Cheryl
