How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Michael We don't publish discounts codes, the only time we will offer a discount is directly to our email database or we automatically discount on our website. Unfortunately sometimes people decide to share discount codes, which we may not have even created or have past their expiry date and this is something that we can not control and is frustrating for us too.
