Thank you for feedback and it's good that you're pleased with your product. We're really sorry that in this instance we didn't quite meet our usual standards. When things go wrong, we do our best to put things right. We did phone you straight away to provide you with an updated delivery date and you were happy to wait. We then worked closely with our supplier to bring this date forward, and then despatched it earlier than expected. The final delivery was delayed because the driver had difficulty finding your property, but with your helpful directions our couriers were able to deliver the following day. Jane
