I'm sorry your order didn't reach you in the timeframe expected. Your order was placed over a bank holiday weekend and despatched as expected on the Tuesday. It looks as though the courier, in this case DPD, experienced a delay in their network which resulted in a delay to your delivery, hence your order arriving 24 hours later than expected. Unfortunately delays do sometimes occur within the courier networks which are outside of our control. Pleased to hear that once delivered the Wesco 300AZ bin unit has met with your approval.

The order was placed online, but in the event the wrong item was sent. On calling Binopolis, the matter was corrected and within 24 hours the correct item delivered. The correct item is as advertised.

So sorry that an admin slip at our end resulted in us despatching the wrong bin initially. Once we learned that you had received the wrong item we despatched the correct product the same afternoon. This was delivered next morning.
