We always replace products or parts that are damaged in transit. Please let us know about any damage as soon as you receive or unpack the product, ideally Emailing us a photo. However as you have alerted us to the damage through Feefo feedback, we will of course send you a replacement lid as soon as possible and you will receive it in the next few days. Jane
