We're glad you like the Steel Bar recycler and the G liners. The quality of Simplehuman bins is assured with the card tag which shows the authenticity of the product. It is confusing that the ribbon seems to be between the metal casing and plastic lining of the bin. However the solution is to take out the inner bucket on the side that the label is on, and you should find the other half of the ribbon coming through to the inside of the bin with a paper tab on the end. Cut the ribbon on the inside, and you should be able to pull out the ribbon from the front and inside of the bin. Jane

Thank you for your feedback: if you had let us know that there was a mark on the bin, we would have sent a replacement immediately, but as you are now happy that the mark is removed that's fine! The offer is still there to send a replacement this week if you change your mind. We have sent you a trial pack of Simplehuman G liners with our compliments, as we are confident that these will be a good fit. Please let us know if they work for you and then a box can be sent. We can also pass on this information to other customers, so thank you in advance for doing some product testing for us. Thank you for your very helpful feedback on our confirmation email. Unfortunately how our customer's spam/junk mail filters handle our emails is outside of our control - some seem to be more aggressive than others! However, given the difficulties you have experienced, we are now going to add a note to the 'Order Confirmation' page on the website so that once an order has been completed we will suggest that customers check their spam folder if they do not receive a timely email confirmation. The Simplehuman Touch Bar recycler is a very minimal design so it's really discreet and you could be forgiven for not realising that it's a bin. A very clever way of blending an efficient recycling bin into your interior. Jane
