Thank you for your positive feedback about our service and the good quality of your in-cupboard bin. You are absolutely right that couriers should not leave products on the doorstep, and also right that having a tracking number would have allowed you to reschedule the delivery or nominate a neighbour. Feedback such as this allows us to make changes to improve service to our customers. This particular courier will now no longer be used and Wesco products will soon be delivered by a new courier with a trackable service, bringing it up to the high standard of all of our deliveries. Next day delivery is our standard service because it ensures that orders are on their way to customers promptly and the vast majority of parcels are handled carefully because they are being tracked. The one-hour delivery slot is enormously helpful but if customers can't be at home, the key is to give customers the opportunity to take control of the delivery date using the tracking number. Customers can also get in touch with us before they order and request a particular delivery day, which we always do our best to arrange. Jane

I'm very sorry to hear that the bin arrived damaged: if you had let us know when it arrived we would have organised a replacement immediately. I'm also sorry that you are unhappy with the quality of the product, these bins are built to a particular price point and many customers find them perfect for your needs in terms of size and colour. We know our products very well and were particularly happy that the build quality and functionality of the Wesco bin exceeded your expectations, after you'd had to return a poor quality product (not sold by us I hasten to add!). This is why we sell only Wesco In-Cupboard bins, as they are the most solidly built and most precisely engineered available. We think of them as the Mercedes or BMW of bins: not the cheapest, but they will give you excellent service for many years and prove a worthwhile investment. Jane
