Many thanks for providing your feedback on our service and the product you ordered and pleased to see that you approved of both. We will take a look at the issue with regard to the courier and see if there is a way to improve on the information you as a customer are able to provide. Currently the drop down menu should allow you to select an alternative local address (normally within the same postcode) but agree perhaps the facility to also add a note would be helpful. Rob

Very good and efficient customer service. I did not like the colour of the bin and they were very helpful in arranging the collection of the bin and sending another one in 2 days.
