First of all our many thank for taking the time to provide your feedback and also purchasing your Ninka bin from us. Once installed we trust that it will prove very helpful in helping you to separate your waste and recycling. Apologies that your bin arrived with a damaged lid. We moved more quickly than you perhaps think to replace it with this arriving with you in Northern Ireland after just 8 days, including a weekend. Normally this would have been even quicker but we had to await for more stock to arrive. Sorry to hear that you perhaps felt pressurised to provide a reply before you had the bin fitted. There is no time pressure on our Feefo reviews, but most customers do so relatively soon after receipt of their order. Feefo do chase a couple of times but there is no need to respond until you are ready.
