We are sorry that you order was delayed. When you placed your order we were awaiting a new supply of this item, as indicated on the product page when you placed your ‘backorder’. Unfortunately, the stock to fulfil your order took a few days longer to arrive in the warehouse than expected. Your order was actually despatched the day before you left your feedback, as advised on the despatch confirmation email we sent you, complete with tracking number. Our systems indicate your order was actually delivered about an hour after you had submitted your feedback. If you had called or emailed us requesting an update to the progress of your order we would have been more than happy to advise you of progress. The vast majority of our products are available from stock but occasionally products go out of stock and we are then subject to the availability of the manufacturers to replenish supplies. We provide as accurate a date as possible as to when products will be back in stock but sometimes these dates slip which is unfortunate for both us and our customers.
