Sorry to hear that you are having problems finding bin liners of the correct size. We do suggest in the detail of the product page that Simplehuman Code J liners are a really good fit for the 32-Litre bucket of this bin. The wide nature of the buckets for our in-cupboard bins means that they tend to need larger liners than their size would indicate. The Code j liners, for example, have a capacity of up to 40 litres. The key measurement for liners is the circumference of the bucket – which in this case is 1064mm. Liners with a width of at least 535mm or circumference of 1070mm – will fit the buckets really well. Check the details on the labels of liners in the supermarket but you will need to look at liners probably of 40L or larger to get the right width/circumference. Hope this helps!
