Sorry to hear that the bin didn't work for your particular situation - we do provide details size and fitting details on each product page. I'm also sorry that you found the return fee a 'little'steep' - infact this is less than it costs us to provide and gives you the convenience of a home/work collection. Our products are typically quite large and heavy (some up to 18kg) and tend to be of relatively high value (£150-300). One of the main factors driving the £15 cost is the insurance fee which means you will still get your refund should the product arrive damaged or go missing in transit (as unfortunately happens occasionally). We always give our customers the option of retruning the goods themselves but most find it cheaper and more convenient to use the service we offer.

Good to hear that you are pleased with the Vauth-Sagel Envi Centre bin you purchased from us although disappointed to hear that you had such a problem fitting it.The bin is supplied with a fitting template for use on a left-hand or right-hand cabinet which shows where to drill and fit each of the components. Most customers manage to fit this unit in 20-30 minutes. Had you called our customer services team we would have been pleased to provide some fitting guidance.

We are sorry that we were not able to deliver your order in the timeframe we would have expected. It seems that your address, on a new development, caused our courier some real challenges which they failed to relay to us. As you are aware our Customer Services Team were in constant dialogue with you by phone and email from the moment you advised us of the non-delivery of your order and continued to liaise pro-actively over the following 4-5 days. We actually despatched your bin 4 times, the first 3 occasions the bin reached the courier depot but went no further. On the 4th occasion we used a different courier and it arrived within 24 hours of despatch (as it should have done first time round).We have raised this issue with the initial courier and are exploring what went wrong and why we were not alerted to any problem so that we can prevent this happening again.
