Hello, Many thanks for your feedback and apologies for your experience. We don't have a chat widget on our website as we believe emails and phone calls are more effective in resolving any issues with an order and we like a chat. But, we do have a contact box on our site, which will send an email to our team and a phone number you can call to talk to one of us. We are open from 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri. and are always up for a chat regarding our tea. Our contact information is in the section 'contact us' on our website and we always aim to reply to any email within 24 hours during a working week and our team are ready to take any phone call from 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri. We're sorry to hear that you've had problems with our teabags splitting. Could you please send us an email: sales@birchalltea.com as the quality and taste of our tea is of the upmost importance to us.
