Dear Customer We received your email requesting the status of your order on Saturday 25th July. Our business is closed on Saturdays and Sundays which is the reason you have not received a response until now, 9.06am on Monday 27th July. Thank you for your order placed on the 16th July, this was despatched from our warehouse on the 17th July, it left the UK on the 18th July, arriving in Riyadh on the 21st July. On the 22nd July it arrived in Dammam and on the 27th July it arrived in Buqayq. Hopefully your order will be delivered to you in the next few days. We will email you privately with the tracking number for your order which you can then track on the Saudi Post website. Kind regards Birchall Customer Services Team
