Tea delicious but delivery a bit hit and miss and takes a while. The tea is much finer than I would really like - it's almost dust but is a good tasting decaff. I'd prefer it coarser.

Hello, Many thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that you have experienced some problems with delivery. We aim to have all orders processed and despatched within 48 hours of ordering, often within 24 hours (except over the weekend unfortunately as we are closed on Sat/Sun. We then use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked services to the UK. This is the best value delivery vs reliability we can find to make sure the cost of our tea stays at a good value range. I'm afraid we experienced a few delays during the build up to Christmas however due to courier demand. Thank you for your feedback on the loose leaf coarseness as well, we are always looking at ways to improve our product for our customers, so I'll be sure to pass this feedback onto our quality team.
