Hello, We're sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. Orders from The UK can unfortunately take a couple of weeks to arrive in the EU due to longer customs processing after Brexit. I have your tracking number and I will email you tomorrow morning with an update. We always ensure that a customers' order is delivered one way or another and in any extreme circumstances, a refund is given if not.
