The service was exactly what I would expect and want from a reputable retailer. I couldn't find Almalfi gloves at any other UK retailer and the discount code sealed the purchase.

I have tracked your order and delivery was attempted on November 20th and a note was left with info about how to rearrange delivery or collection. Did you receive a note from the deutsche post about this? Kind regards
