Paid for next day delivery, this wasn’t met, emailed and told that I would have my delivery refunded but this didn’t happen, they’ve stopped communicating with me now.

We have checked the status of your order and it appears that you requested a change in delivery address from the Royal Mail after we had dispatched your order resulting in the delay. Despite the delay, which was a brought about by your change of delivery adress, we still refunded the cost of shipping as a gesture of goodwill

Gloves were faulty, apparently a faulty batch which they already appeared to know about yet were still selling them. At least it’s easy to return.
