Hi Nigel, I'm very sorry you were disappointed not to get your bulk order of coins in capsules. Many customers prefer tubes when they are buying larger quantities of the same coin as they are easier to store that way. When a customer orders one or two coins we send them in capsules but as the quantity increases we add discounts which outweigh the lack of the capsule. As you have kindly mentioned we offer the best prices on coins, we can do this by not wasting money. If you really want the capsules then drop me an email the next time you are ordering and I'll add some for you. Caroline

Dear Ms Sparsi Thank you for your feedback.I am sorry that you refused to allow me to resolve this with you as the issue was actually quite straightforward. After you had spent some time on the phone to my colleagues, I tried to help you on the phone myself. I explained that your order subsequent to this one had failed, because of incorrect card details being entered. You insisted that the payment had gone through and when I asked you to check with your bank you hung up. I then emailed you evidence of the failed payment and you accused me of having a "bullying attitude" and not to contact you again. We put a lot into customer care which is extremely important to us, so it is of course upsetting when we are prevented from resolving what was simply down to a misunderstanding. Regarding this particular order, from our records the order was placed on the evening of 11th November, posted on the 12th and received on 13th. I hope you have no complaints in this regard.
