Nothing much to wrong really. A simple phone call, promptly answered, to renew my warranty cover. Very pleasant person handled my call. Clearly knew what she was doing. Just what I expected.

The data on the bmw web site keeps using the original vehicle registration rather than the personal plate bmw replaced it with! Also after I paid for BMW warranty my dealer gave me basic BMW warranty
