Sorry to hear that you did not receive what you expected. I have taken a look into your order and can see that you received the 3 for 2 on your order. As the 3 for 2 sale was on all items (the cheapest of any 3 items order would be free) you received 1 of your 2 pouches of tea for free alongside the strainer which was ordered.
