Naturally I am sorry to hear that there has been an unresolved error regarding your titles. This is the first time I have known of such an incident to occur during my long service with the Company and I am certain that it will not happen again. It is frustrating that this technical error has occurred, and has soured your overall experience especially given that we achieved 98% of your asking price. Nonetheless we must accept our failings as well as our successes and must push on in our tireless pursuit of overall excellence.
