The wiggle car is one of our flagship products and provides hours of fun so we were concerned to hear that a customer was unable to construct it. The wiggle car is supplied with instructions for the 3 part assembly of the steering/wiggle control. In light of this we have decided to reassess the instructions to see if they need to be made clearer. We contacted the customer and provided a video tutorial for the construction of the wiggle car. We are always supportive to customers and encourage feedback on our products and services. We are sorry if any customer feels our service is slow. The slow service was as a result of a delay on our skateboards being available on the website, caused by a delay delivery of skateboards to us here at bopster. As soon as they arrived we added them to the website. Our Ideal Home Show 2015 discount was valid for 1 week after the show finished which unfortunately fell outside the time the order was made. We have since refunded the customer the difference to match the Ideal Home Show offer. We would also like to thank all our customers and wish you all a very merry Christmas from us here at bopster.
