We contacted the customer and apologised for the issue with their order. Obviously we are concerned that one of our customers did not receive the item they ordered. We are working with Royal Mail to see if improvements need to be made to our delivery service. A resolution with the customer has now been made. Further to speaking to lee today I have been offered a full refund Glad to see they are working with Royal Mail to sort their delivery method Many thanks

I cancelled my order as I had changed my mind because of the size. They were very helpful. The communication was excellent and refund was very quick. Everything about this company was excellent!!
