We aim to respond to customer messages within a few hours (evening and weekend messages will be responded to the following working day). Our records show we responded to this request the following working day and arranged a replacement item as soon as we had confirmation of a convenient time for the customer. We shall in future contact customers directly by phone where an item has arrived with a fault to speed up the exchange service. All our products come with a minimum warranty and providing we receive confirmation before 1 p.m we are able to arrange an exchange for the following working day. Our apologies you felt the service you received was unsatisfactory. Our office hours are 8 a.m - 5 p.m Monday to Friday and we can be contacted on 0208 676 4297.
