Sent me a japanese item instead of UK no where was it described as japanese.

We apologies for the incorrectly sent item. If an item is delivered that is not the item purchased then we are happy to arrange collection of the item (for larger items) or supply returns postage (for smaller items). Thankfully this is not a regular occurrence and we are working on making sure items are double checked before being dispatched. Regards Lee
