We aim for our customers to receive our products in the best possible condition. In working order and without blemishes or marks. After looking at this issue we decided to improve our packaging. Items with loose parts (which have potential for coming into contact and damaging other parts) are now more secure within the box. This should remedy the issue. We are always happy to replace an item that arrives in an unacceptable condition. Excellent customer support. We had a faulty valve on a scooter inner tube we had ordered. Very helpful over the phone and a new inner tube sent the next day. Thank you!

We looked at the issue regarding the brake and realised we needed to look at offering an easily adjustable brake system which would improve reliability on our BMX scooters. We tested a range of brakes and found a V-brake to be the ideal replacement, offering an easier set-up and an all round improved performance when braking. All BMX scooters are now fitted with a rear Sypo V-brake.
