Hello. We got your order on a Saturday. And sent it straight away on the Monday. We do not work at weekends which is normal. And Royal Mail doesn't even pick up over a weekend. Even if we were to work. Then we sent it by Royal Mail 48. 100%. We never use Hermes. So I don't understand why you would say such a thing. The feedback you have left seems a little harsh on us. I dont think we have done anything wrong. Best Regards Steve
