Courier has really let us down, they had a depo fire and then struggled to cope with the Christmas volume. Should now be resolved and product on way of received. Sorry for delay. Steve

Product took a while to arrive and when it did the packaging was extremely damaged to the point where the delivery man advised us to take photographs as evidence.

Our parcels leave in perfect condition. Sometimes delivery drivers can be a little heavy handed. We are very sorry the parcel turned up in such poor condition. If there is any damage to the Wiggle we will send you a new one. Steve
