Items arrived quickly and the DPD courier e-mails advising of delivery were great. Didn’t receive any confirmation e-mails from BHS though confirming order which was a bit disappointing.

Prompt delivery. Pillowcases did not match duvet colour wise. Reverse duvet fabric did not coordinate just plain pale pink sheeting. Returns procedure not yet forthcoming even after requesting.
