Overall good. I had some difficulty ordering the amount I wanted on the website, needs some attention. Delivery time ok but not great!

Thank you for your feedback. We do aim to deliver all our online orders within 5 working days of receipt and we achieve this 95% of the time. I am sorry you feel we didn't respond quick enough on this occasion and we will continue to monitor our processes to find improvement. The amounts on the site go up in increments of 0.5 metres, with some of the more expensive products rising at 0.25 metres. We are continuing to look at our online store to find ways to streamline the ordering process and we hope that if you do require some of our product line in the future you will consider us again.
