Thankyou for your review! Unfortunately the WAV trade was largely closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic at this time and so it was not possible for us to trade your old vehicle. However it's good to hear that you have sold the vehicle privately. The pandemic also delayed the delivery of your vehicle from the manufacturer so unfortunately this was beyond our control. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed excellent service from our team!

Unfortunately the Covid-19 pandemic has lead to delays in us receiving vehicles from manufacturers who all closed their factories, this unfortunately is beyond our control - although we have made every effort to deliver your vehicle as quickly as possible. We have to place your order at the factory to reserve your production slot and bespoke specification, and so we request a deposit at this time to secure your vehicle.
