They require no external heat source e.g. kettle or microwave.When you are ready to use, simply remove from the sachet and thanks to its air activation, will start to warm, reaching optimum temperature in 2-3 minutes.Loop over your ears and leave in place for around 10 minutes, then massage your eye lids as you would normally.
