But - the 'deal' was 14 issues from issue beginning 5 December. So far I have just received the 19 December-1 January issue, with no explanation despite emailing them.

I'd put excellent but it has not been delivered twice. I had no idea how to report the non-deliveries so I just went and bought it. Perhaps you could have somewhere on a website to report non-delivery
