The item I wanted was not on the website I had to ring.It was then added a few minutes later. Another knife block I considered did not say how many knives it held so check your descriptors.

Apparently you weren't able to process my request and had shelved it before I phoned you after about three weeks. (I did get your letter the day after it had been sorted out on the phone.)
