Hi, we are very sorry to hear about the problems you have experienced with your subscription, the 1st copy is the January 24 issue which may still be on the way as it can take up to 14 days for delivery to an overseas address, however, we can replace, we will email you separately about this and your other concerns to advise and rectify where necessary.
