We're disappointed we didn't offer excellent service for you. I can see the initial installation team did encounter some issues and attempted to leave the building in an acceptable state. Its great the second team completed the build and that your happy with the resolution

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT BUT FIXED THE MIDDLE SHELF WHEN WE NEEDED IT TO FOLD DOWN. WE MANAGED TO TAKE OUT THE MIDDLE SHELF TO GROW THE TOMATO PLANTS BUT WOULD HAVE PREFERRED THE SHELF TO FOLD DOWN.
