Thank you for your feedback. Apologies for the delay in the arrival of your order, unfortunately we are at the mercy of Royal Mail and their services which for the most part are very good but occasionally some orders do take longer than the estimated times of arrival. Kind Regards Customer services

Thank you for your feedback. Many apologies for this but when your original order was placed due to it being the peak of our season and the intervening public holidays, some orders when a product is out of stock do get delayed which we try to resolve as quickly as possible as and when this unfortunate event happens.
