I was very upset becaues of the long delay in delivery, and although I sent e-mails to find out what was happening I never received any reply from the company. Very poor PR

We do apologise for your lost order, when a lost order is brought to our attention there are two options for the customer. We can either send a replacement or refund you for the order, from our records a refund was processed, has this been received? Kind regards, Customer Service Team
