Hi Neety,I'm really sorry you received the wrong bar in your order along with the additional issues missing parts. I have looked into your order and your email to us on the 25th December which was replied to on the 30th December, firstly apologising to you and offering to replace the bar for you, however we didn't hear back from you regarding this? When we dispatched your order on the 4th December, we also sent an email to you, stating that if this was a Christmas present if you could check the item to ensure we didn't disappoint on Christmas day.We are really sorry on this occasion human error caused the incorrect item to be picked. If you can contact us we’ll arrange for a Blue Pro Bar to be sent to you along with collection of the Pink Bar, as we would like to ensure the correct product you ordered is delivered to you.I have tried to call you however nobody answered and I couldn't leave a message.
