Thank you for you feedback. I am really sorry about the inconvenience caused by the emails being sent. I have passed your details to our marketing team to get you manually removed of our mailing list. It does usually take 2 weeks for the emails to stop getting sent through fully. I hope this does not stop you from wanting to order with us again.

The card I ordered showed all the text on preview. When it arrived to the intended party it did not all have all the text printed on it. I was disappointed. Will use Funky Pigeon or Moonpig in future

Thank you for you feedback. I am really sorry what has happened here, it is not our usual level of service. I cannot see any contact from you in regards to this order on our system. We do recommend you contact us if there are any issues with your orders so we can get these resolved as soon as possible for you. 

On this occasion we have refunded you in full for this order, and apologise for the fact it was not what you had ordered. We hope if you choose to order with us again we can provide a better service for you.

Good, efficient service with quick delivery. The only issue is that I have unsubscribed from any further communications but i'm still inundated with emails ! Not good enough & it's put me off ordering

After many issues with ordering from sites like funky pigeon I came across card factory. The quality was amazing and the postage was super quick with delivery the very next day. Highly recommend.
