Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry about what has happened here. This is not our usual level of service. It does appear there was delays in production, which we apologise for, as we could not get this to you in time for the birthday. I know the refund does not make up for the fact this card was delayed, and we are very sorry about the experience you have had with this order. We do hope in the future if you would like to order with us again, we can provide a much better experience and higher level of service for you.

I cannot see any communication from you in regards to this order on our system. We do recommend if you have an issue that you contact us so we can get this resolved as soon as possible for you. 

On this occasion, as the delivery was later than we would have expected we have refunded you in full for this order. We hope if you order with us again we can provide a better experience and higher level of service for you.
