Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry for what has happened with this order, this is not our usual level of service. I cannot see any communication from yourself in regards to this order on our system. We do recommend you contcact us directly with any issuses so we can get these resolved as soon as possible.

As the card had arrived damaged, we have refunded this for you as well as your postage charge. I hope if you choose to order with us again we can provide a better experience for you and higher level of service.
