Good quality cards; prompt service. One box of cards had no envelopes but a replacement pack was sent out promptly and without any hassle. Would have been 5 stars without this blip.

Speedy service. Did not receive the gold candles. Blue balloons were given ? Instead.

Than you for your feedback. I am very sorry for what has happened with this order, this is not our usual level of service. I cannot see any communication from you in regards to this order on our system. We do recommend that you contact us if you have any issues with your order so we can resolve it as soon as possible. 

On this occasion we have refunded you for the candles that you did not receive. I hope this does not stop you from ordering with us in the future, as we would like to give you a better experience and level of service. I apologise for any inconvenience you faced with this order.
