This order was sent with Royal Mail 48 which is our second class service and we do estimate delivery between 2-3 working days, but these are only estimated dates so we do experience they are longer than this sometimes, due to delays with Royal Mail which are out of our hands unfortunately. I am very sorry about this.
On this occasion i have refunded you in full for this order, and i hope if you order with us again we can give you a better experience.
