Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear the poor experience you have had with card Factory. As an online site we do work independently from the stores, so we can only deal with the issues faced online. I do apologise on behalf of the store you visited. Unfortunately the stores do require the confirmation email  to be inflated any balloons brought online, i am sorry you were not notified about this before hand. 

I am also very sorry you had to purchase another balloon. I have issued a refund for balloon you purchased online. I hope this makes the negative experience you've had a little better. This is not our usual level of service, i hope you do decide to order with us again so we can provide a better experience and level of service to you.
