As an online site we do work independently from the stores, so we can only deal with the issues faced online. I do apologise on behalf of the store you visited. Unfortunately the stores do require the confirmation email to be inflated any balloons brought online, i am sorry you were not notified about this before hand.
I am also very sorry you had to purchase another balloon. I have issued a refund for balloon you purchased online. I hope this makes the negative experience you've had a little better.
