Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry about the way you feel following this order. A confirmation email should have been sent to you following your order, i am sorry this did not happen. I have refunded you in full for one of the order as a result of this. 

In regards to the greeting card, we do send a delivery note which shows the names of the person who placed the order. We are looking at introducing personalized greeting messages with our order, but unfortunately we no not offer this right now. I hope once we offer this service you will be happy to use our service again.
