To ensure we can offer our customers the most competitive price we often buy in bulk. On this occasion the manufacturer moved the date, which caused a delay in the delivery of your order.

Moving forwards we have revised the timescale advised to customers when placing orders for this product and we are more pro active in contacting the customers to keep them up to date.

However, I am glad to see you were happy with the Karndean product that you purchased from Carpets and floors online.
