Good morning, We apologise that your experience was negative. My customer service team have advised that they have tried to contact yourself and left messages regarding this matter. We was informed by the DHL courier service that the recipient had refused to accept this parcel & advised that it had been returned to us as the sender. We do apologise for the inconvenience, however we did follow all the steps to get this parcel delivered to safely to you. Kindest regards, Cartwright & Butler team.
