Regarding the the points you have the rope is left natural as it is ready for you to cut off the remaining left over excess as not everyone will require the full length of rope provided. With the Cast Iron wheels and Nylon Wheels there is no difference other than cosmetic. Nylon wheels are strong due to the materials high tensile strength it provides strength without compromising performance, they are also quieter than Cast Iron wheels when operating the pulley. So there is no need to worry about the performance of these as we have been selling these for over 20 years, so please rest assured regarding this. The cleat as long as fitted securely to your wall again should be absolutely fine with holding the weight of the airer.
